Are your prices all inclusive?
Yes they are. The final number you see on the order form includes product, delivery, custom duty and insurance costs.
Are your prices fixed or could they change?
When you order a lamp you fixed its price. Anyhow, we constantly update the exchange rate between Euro and US$, without any order
changement.
What happens when producers modify their price lists?
If we are obliged to change our prices, we inform all our customers through a banner on the site. However, already received orders wii not undergo any change in price.
