We ship through different shipping agents, depending on the destination of the goods
How long do I have to wait to receive my goods?
When goods are in stock, within a week from order to USA and Canada.. In out of stock condition, we need from one week up to four weeks, according to the producer's delivery terms. In any case the availability is indicated in the product sheet.
What shall I do receiving damaged goods?
You must immediately notify any possible anomaly in the first place to the forwarding agent and in the second place to "Lightinitaly". As soon as we receive your imput, we activate the shipping cost refundment procedure together with the product replacement.
In any case, please always follow "Lightinitaly" directions.
Do you deliver goods on Saturday and Sunday too?
No we don't.
