How can I return the goods to you?
To return goods it's important to follow the instructions listed below:
a) let "Lightinitaly" know your intention of returning the merchandise by e-mail or fax, specifying all the necessary data to find your expedition form in a brief time;
b) wait for our written confirmation;
c) use the same forwarding agent which made the delivery, paying yourself for the expedition and insurance costs;
d) forward the package only to "Lightinitaly";
e) after having received and inspected the good conditions of the merchandise, "Lightinitaly" will arrange to transmit the sum back to the customer, excluding transport and insurance costs. The merchandise which should arrive after 30 days, will be sent back to the sender at his own expenses.
